If you were to take a walk in our closet you would come face to face with literally dozens of little black dresses hanging ever so patiently for the appropriate event to arise so they can be worn. We have one for funerals, one when we want to look corporate, one for when our parents visit and one for when we dress up as Audrey Hepburn for Halloween. But not one of these 12 or so LBD's is party-appropriate. They're classic. They're timeless. They're sensible. But they're not fun.

This winter when hitting the holiday party circuit, we're making sure to shop for a new little black dress that has some pizzazz.
