To recreate Katy's signature dark bob, hair stylist Jeffrey Altenburg chopped off Liv's long locks and added severe bangs - similar to Uma Thurman's drastic bob in Pulp Fiction. In the interest of time, he darkened Liv's hair with a 10-minute color process (his own "shampoo     cocktail" that mixes real hair color with a low volume developer and a color shampoo with silicone shine - folks, don't try this at home!). Even with just a cut and color, we could already see Liv's inner Katy Perry begin to emerge! Next, makeup artist Paul Venoit went about reconstructing Liv's flawless face into Katy's retro, Hollywood pin-up look starting with the eyebrows.
