Instead of using his fingers or a sponge, Paul used a brush to apply the perfect shade of foundation. He informed us that we need to set our foundation with a mineral powder in order to ensure longevity.     Katy is no stranger to eye shadow so Paul played with colors to get the right definition. First he applied a light champage shade over the entire eyelid from lashline to eyebrow. Next he used a tad of white shadow in order to attract light to the eye (a great tip for those looking to draw attention upward!). He applied black shadow along the lashline into a softly diffused wing tip and continued to create depth by applying a lilac shadow in the crease. No superstar is complete without mile-long lashes so Paul curled Liv's lashes and applied a hint of powder to make them thicker before adding a coat or two of mascara.
