Between the BAFTAs, Fashion Week and the Elle Style Awards, London was the place to be this week for fashionistas looking to make their mark.  We looked high and low to find the five best dressed celebs of the week and we’ve got the who, the where and the what after the jump…

1) Alexa Chung – Britain’s stylish It girl Alexa Chung returned home for London Fashion Week and to attend Elle magazine’s 2010 Style Awards.  We think she’s more than worthy of an award in this sky blue Chanel dress (we heart her shoes!).

2) Sienna Miller – Sienna Miller showed her support for buddy Matthew Williamson during London Fashion Week.  While attending his Fall 2010 show, she went short and sweet in a pair of cream bow tie shorts with a scallop hem.  Paired with thick opaque tights and a pair of black booties, Sienna has mastered the art of winterizing her summer wardrobe.

3) Kristen Stewart – Kristen Stewart was amongst the slew of pretty young things who sat front row during Burberry’s Fall 2010 runway show in London this week (Kate Hudson, Claire Danes and Mary Kate Olsen also sat up close and personal) and we think she looked rather striking in this head to toe Burberry Prorsum number.  We only wish she would smile.  After all she is at a fashion show that she probably got paid to attend!

4) Mary-Kate Olsen (BEST DRESSED) – We gave Mary Kate Olsen the title of Best Dressed this week because she truly looked the part of a fashion editor at Burberry’s Fall 2010 show during London Fashion Week. Her all black ensemble screamed understated style, especially the belted cape-like coat and sky high platform booties.  What we love is how she piled on the bangles over top of her leather gloves.  Style wise, it’s these little things that count!

5) Ashley Olsen – We almost gave the Best Dressed title to MK’s sis, Ashley, because really, how could you not be in love with the Christian LaCroix tulle gown she wore to the Elle Style Awards 2010?  Only an Olsen could wear this much tulle and not look like she’s heading down the aisle.
