With so many fashionistas in New York City this week for fashion week, it wasn’t hard to make a list of best-dressed celebrities.  The hard part was narrowing it down to only five.   Should we pick models? Should we pick actresses? Should we pick reality tv stars? Should we pick designers themselves? We just couldn’t decide so we picked some from each category (we’re putting Victoria in the model/designer category since techincally she has done both, remember those Armani underwear ads?)
