It's only for those few 'sacred' red carpet events (the Oscars, the Golden Globes, the Grammys and the Emmys) that are we able to identify emerging celebrity color trends. But after reviewing the celeb candids from this week, we noticed a trend of navy surfacing from wardrobe selections on the red carpet as well as on the sidewalk.
At the Metropolitan Opera's 125th Anniversary Gala in New York City, Diane Kruger selected this navy beaded bustier with fluid royal blue silk skirt from Yves Saint Laurent for this red carpet occassion. Other attendees such as Claire Danes (pictured below) and Patricia Clarkson also dressed their best in navy YSL gowns at this star-studded event. This week we've selected the best dressed celebs who ditched their black duds and joined the navy! |
