Stylehog: If Paris is good for only one thing, it's going overboard in the glamor department. We agree with Elizabeth: sequins in the day must be controlled (for those of you in disagreement, visit the Home Shopping Network for an almost exact match to Paris' gold number in the photo above).

When it comes to wearing sequins in the day, exercise restraint. You want to project a little bit of glitz, without being gaudy. For office or day attire, this rule is a must. A sprinkling of sequins similar to the Ascension cami on the right is the perfect amount.

Keep the number of sequined pieces per outfit to 1. That is, if you're wearing a sequin top, skip the sequin headband. Too many sequins and that disco queen Elizabeth mentionned will be out in full effect (Studio 54 anyone?).

What you can learn from Paris' fashion choice in the photo above (what? learn from Paris?) is her use of accessories. Look past the flashy top and latex jeans and lo and behold you see a few discreetly placed accessories: subtle thin gold bangles and fairly tame gold hoops. Sequins are almost an accessory in themselves, therefore follow Paris (we never thought those words would come out of our mouths) and keep them muted and small.
