Even though Lady Gaga was officially the first celeb to get her hands on Alexander McQueen’s Spring 2010 armadillo/alien/goat’s feet shoes, Daphne Guiness was the first celeb to actually walk the red carpet in them (meaning she had to walk…in front of people…with no possibility for a retake since this was a live event, not a music video shoot).  At Nars’ 15th anniversary party in New York last night, Daphne and her nude armadillo feet made their debut in head-to-toe Alexander McQueen Spring 2010.  And since Alexander McQueen’s office is reportedly flooded with phone calls inquiring about the shoes (some want to know how much they cost, some want to collect them as art), we’re sure Daphne is thrilled she was the first to score a pair.
