Even though we studied French all throughout high school, we’re shamefully having trouble interpreting the above trailer for the much-anticipated biopic Coco Avant Chanel.  The film, featuring actress Audry Tautou, will be released in France first (April 22), therefore the trailer is completely in French without a single subtitle. Since we don’t have our French-English dictionary handy, the only real phrases we understood were “My name is Coco” and “2 days” (we doubt our grade 12 french teacher would be very proud).  Regardless, we’d watch the trailer over and over again just to catch a glimpse at the costumes which were overseen by Karl Lagerfeld himself!
