Whoever coined the phrase "Nothing in life is certain except for death and taxes" obviously wasn't a woman! We know of several things that are certain in a fashionista's life and neither involve an accountant or a funeral home. For example, we are certain that despite our ever-shrinking bank balance, we can always find a way to afford another Marc Jacobs dress.
