Bejeweled break out your bedazzlers ... spring 2007's runways sparkled with precious stones and gems galore. at the burberry prorsum and marc jacobs' shows, models were sent down the runway with some serious bling: jewels decorated dresses, heads, shoes and arms, leaving one to wonder could this be the return of the bedazzler? the answer: a resounding NO! while jems are definitely a desired embellishment to your spring 2007 pieces, the key is not to go overboard. if your clutch sparkles like a rapper's iced-out grill, make sure your shoes are as simple and muted as possible. you don't want to blind people with your bling. accessories are the best place to add some "ice", whether it be real or fake. if grandma didn't leave you with any family heirlooms of your own, check out the fakes on the right.
