WHERE: As seen on the Spring 2009 runways of Rebecca Taylor, Diane Von Furstenberg, Tuleh, Tracy Reese and Peter Som, floral prints were everywhere but our favorite looks were the flower headbands at DVF; talk about flower child!
WHO: As any devoted The City follower should know, the much discussed Elle cover with Jessica Alba featured a floral two-piece outfit by Diane Von Furstenberg that Whitney pulled (or was it Olivia??)
