The term ‘clackers’ may take on a new meaning this season (it previously referred to the clacking of the high heels of Vogue staffers) as fashionistas will be clacking down the street with their forearms stacked in bangles and bracelets. Designers sent models out with bangles amassed 3 or 4 high; some could barely bend their wrists.
